Chef Andrae Bopp is a Walla Walla icon. Formerly trained in NYC and having worked at some of the world's top restaurants, since shuttering his own restaurant in Boise in 2008 he has been running a gourmet eaterie and catering service out of a local gas station for the past decade. Recently he’s moved services to Main Street in Walla Walla at AK Mercado. If pig roasts and delicious New Orleans style fare is your idea of heaven, visit him on Main Street.

Chef Emry Kleck and his wife, Sandy, cater dinners throughout the year at their downtown Waitsburg restaurant, and at venues across the Walla Walla Valley. As head chef for Wingman Birdz and Brewz, Yara has carved out a unique culinary niche for herself in small-town Walla Walla.
