The Patisserie's offerings reflect a delectable elegance, and remain a favorite staple among Walla Walla locals who often make the weekly pilgrimage to see owners Tiffany and David for a palmier (puff pastry with caramelized sugar), kouign aman (a traditional pastry from BrIttany - layers of flaky pastry with caramelized sugar, topped with a touch of sea salt), a cannele (a bordeaux specialty - French rum cake with a crisp outside and custardy interior), a macarons, an èclair, a chocolate caramel or lemon curd tart, a dish of crème brûlée, or a few scoops of homemade gelato.
